The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

While my time at Penn State was wonderful, memorable and fun, life after college has really been a time of growth. As townie, I really never was able to truly be on my own while at school, so for my internship to graduate, I went to Park City, Utah. After a great internship, I was able to stay on at the organization to work, and also got to experience the Salt Lake Winter Olympics. My internship definitely led me to my current career in Therapeutic Riding, and eventually to my position as Head Instructor at Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center in Woodinville, Washington (outside of Seattle). This position has afforded me many travel and professional development opportunities, including a short term job at the 2008 Paralympics. Penn State definitely prepared me for all of this, and I will be forever thankful!
